Kpone IPP, Ghana – advising a private equity fund in relation to the power purchase and fuel supply arrangements for a 340MW power project in Ghana.

Athi River Power Plant, Kenya – advising lenders to this 80 MW IPP, including conducting due diligence in relation to the project and construction agreements.

MASEN, Morocco – advising on Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the Moroccan Government’s Solar Plant, in Ouarzazate, Morocco.

Coal fired power plant, Mozambique - advising sponsors in relation to the structuring, power purchase agreement and coal supply aspects of a 150MW coal (CFB) power station.

Azura-Edo IPP, Nigeria – advising an equity investor in relation to 450MW Azura Azura power project. Azura-Edo IPP, Nigeria – advising an equity investor in relation to 450MW Azura power project. 

Eko Disco Privatisation, Nigeria – advising West Power and Gas in relation to its successful bid for Eko Disco. 

Makeni Bioethanol and Power project, Sierra Leone –advising a consortium of DFIs on the financing and construction aspects of an ethanol plant and combined heat and power project.

Mbeya Power Project, Tanzania – advising a developer in relation to the development, construction and financing of a coal fired power project.

CEC power trading, Zambia and DRC – advising CEC in relation to the sale of power from Zambia to mines in the DRC, involving SNEL’s transmission and distribution network.

Mine power purchase, Zambia and DRC – advising a mine in relation to its power purchase and wheeling arrangements.
