Kim Tang assists Luxembourg and foreign companies, financial institutions, investment funds and private equity firms. She also completed a three-month secondment in the Luxembourg office of a UK private equity firm.

Kim advises on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on investment, divestment, restructuring, merger and demerger.

Kim also works regularly on financing and refinancing transactions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kim worked for major law firms in Paris and London.

Representative experience

Regular assistance to M&G Real Estate on Luxembourg corporate aspects of its real estate investments and divestments in Europe.

Advised Prologis on the sale of a US$1.1bn portfolio of logistics properties in Europe and North America to Mapletree.

Advised CapitaLand on the acquisition of the Gallileo office tower building in Frankfurt.

Advised ACON Investments on its co-investment in Germaine de Capuccini.

Advised LaSalle in the setting-up of a REITs structure in Spain to invest in residential properties for rent and the first acquisition, a six-storey residential property in Madrid financial district.
