Jonathan Stulberg is dedicated to resolving his clients' toughest challenges. To do so, he knows that one must always master the details, volunteer for the most difficult tasks, and commit with energy and enthusiasm to get the job done.

Jonathan draws upon his eight years of experience in the U.S. Navy's Information Warfare Community (IWC) to creatively and strategically address his clients' concerns that arise during litigation and compliance activities in the health care and automotive industries. He thoroughly scrutinizes the underlying data common to those sectors and advises clients based on a data-derived, numbers-oriented perspective that considers both their immediate risks and long-term potential conflicts. This approach allows him to easily convey his advice to business-side constituents who work with his clients.

Jonathan also has experience leading discovery reviews, facilitating depositions, preparing for trial and dispute resolution proceedings, and motion practice at the federal, state, and administrative levels. He also gained legal experience as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells and as a research assistant and teaching assistant while in law school. Jonathan actively participates in the firm's Pro Bono program, with a primary focus on veterans' issues. He is conversationally fluent in Korean.
