The Solution to your Dispute - M&A Litigation Handbook available now!

In the aftermath of corporate acquisitions, quite often conflicts arise between buyers and sellers. In the recently published M&A Litigation Handbook (Handbuch Streitigkeiten beim Unternehmenskauf) approximately 30 lawyers from the international law firm Hogan Lovells and other well-known authors explain how to tackle such disputes.

The handbook closes a long-existing gap in specialist literature. While there are numerous publications on the structuring of M&A transactions, hardly any work existed in which disputes surrounding such transactions were thoroughly discussed from the beginning to the end.

Published by Dr. Kim Lars Mehrbrey, Litigation partner at Hogan Lovells in Dusseldorf, the book is primarily aimed at lawyers, corporate lawyers and judges, but auditors, tax advisors, investment bankers and M&A advisors will also greatly benefit from it.

The work is a collaboration of approximately 30 lawyers from our German Litigation, Arbitration and Employment, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Media and Technology, Tax and Real Estate practice groups. Numerous other experienced M&A attorneys, corporate lawyers, tax advisors and auditors contributed to the almost 1,000 pages-long work.

The handbook comes in a series with the standard work Corporate Litigation (Handbuch Gesellschaftsrechtliche Streitigkeiten), which was also to a large extent written by Hogan Lovells authors.

The M&A Litigation Handbook (Handbuch Streitigkeiten beim Unternehmenskauf) was released in German language by the Carl-Heymanns publishing house and is available in stores now.
