Hogan Lovells announces new Paris Office Managing Partner

Paris, 28 June 2018 – Hogan Lovells is delighted to announce the appointment of Xenia Legendre as the firm's new Office Managing Partner for Paris, as of 1 July.

The firm's Paris office serves a wide range of public and private companies, financial institutions, government agencies, regulatory authorities, private equity firms, and business leaders. The office comprises over 150 lawyers, including 38 partners.

Since joining the Paris office in 2008, Xenia has built a broad client base throughout the Europe and the U.S. Having a solid corporate M&A background, Xenia has worked on a wide range of international tax structures in major jurisdictions worldwide for over 25 years. She works with multinational groups and investment funds to structure their cross border-transactions. 

Xenia will be succeeding Marie-Aimée de Dampierre, who has moved into the role of Regional Managing Partner for Continental Europe.
