May Lyn has worked on a broad range of EU competition law cases and matters. She has worked with clients to successfully navigate through both phase I and phase II merger cases before the European Commission and has coordinated a number of multinational merger filings.
In recent years, she has helped clients in various cartel investigations and information exchange cases before the European Commission and coordinated their strategy and defence before authorities around the world. She has additionally advised clients on dominance issues, particularly in relation to pricing practices.
