Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Hayley gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for Judge John L. Kane in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where she earned a Certificate in Business Law and served on the Executive Board of the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She also devoted time to pro bono work related to cultural property rights.

Hayley continues to maintain a robust pro bono practice as an advocate for children and families.
