"[A]n incredible lawyer."

Chambers USA

Cristina Rodriguez enjoys being in front of a judge and jury, including when she's called on to try cases with only a short time before trial.

Cristina's work ranges from defending accounting firms accused of malpractice or fraud, to counseling employers on various workplace issues, to pursuing or defending commercial claims, including breach of contract, trade secret, and intellectual property claims. She also handles sensitive internal investigations that involve allegations of harassment, discrimination, and fraud.

Over the past few years, Cristina has gone to trial to defend a diverse group of clients, including a large accounting firm in a fraud case involving tax strategy in Kentucky state court; a global consulting firm in a misappropriation of trade secrets suit in Houston; and several different employers against various claims brought by their employees. She has also tried to verdict a patent infringement, trade secret, and breach of contract case against a nursing home operator.

Cristina began her legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James Lawrence King of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, in her hometown of Miami. She often speaks or sits on panels regarding issues of diversity and inclusion in the profession.
