Victoria Wallace understands that health care innovation is most useful when patients are able to access it. With a practice focused on provider and manufacturer coverage and reimbursement, Victoria assists clients with go-to-market strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical, device, and digital health products.

Victoria understands both the provider and manufacturer considerations for bringing new technologies to market. She has worked with numerous physician groups around the country, particularly in the fields of vascular surgery and ophthalmology, on matters ranging from recovery audit contractor (RAC) audit appeals to private equity acquisitions. She also has expansive experience working on behalf of clinical laboratories and has helped clients navigate complex Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and state regulations, direct-to-consumer marketing, and Protecting Access to Medicare Act (PAMA) rules governing laboratory payment. This work informs her ability to help her clients put innovation in the hands of patients by guiding emerging medical technology and other health care innovator companies through coding, Medicare and commercial coverage, and reimbursement approaches.

Victoria joined the firm in 2019 from another Washington, D.C., firm, where she also counseled clients on fraud and abuse considerations under the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and Stark Law. She earned a dual J.D./M.P.A. degree from Syracuse University and was a summer law clerk for the Honorable David E. Peebles in the Northern District of New York. Prior to law school, Victoria studied at New York University (NYU) and earned a B.F.A. in dance and political science from the Tisch School of the Arts.
