Dyah has extensive experience in handling antitrust and competition law issues before Indonesia’s Competition Authority (KPPU), varying from advisory, cartel investigations, merger control filings, business model consultation, up to antitrust and competition litigation. She was recently recognised as an "Associate to Watch" by Chambers Asia Pacific. She is currently an ICC Young Arbitrators Forum Regional Representative 2019-2021.
Dyah is a fully qualified Indonesian advocate and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), having a Master of Law in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University, London. She is experienced in handling a wide array of disputes, varying from commercial disputes before the courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also well versed in handling investigations, white-collar crime and private wealth disputes.
