Mark has regular experience dealing with courts, tribunals, and regulators in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Asia Pacific, as well as dealing with cross-border crises. He is a seasoned advocate who is experienced in handling multi-jurisdictional investigations. He has advocated for clients in international arbitrations in Hong Kong, London, Paris, Gothenburg, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing. Mark is a recognized leader in commercial dispute resolution and contentious regulatory investigations by the leading legal directories, including Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global (in which he is listed as Band 1 for dispute resolution), Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and Who's Who Legal.
