Jochen Seitz advises consortium banks and issuers on the entire range of debt capital markets and derivatives transactions, including investment grade bonds, debt issuance programs, structured notes, securitized derivatives and OTC derivatives as well as certificates of indebtedness (Schuldscheine).
Furthermore, his practice covers financial services where he advises banks, exchanges and other infrastructure providers among others in connection with the trading of commodity derivatives and cross-border financial services as well as on current changes on European level, especially MiFID II/MiFIR and EMIR.
Jochen is lecturer at the University of Munich on regulatory law. He is author in one of the leading legal commentaries on the German Securities Prospectus Act.
