Camilla Fröhlich is a South African qualified attorney and a registered foreign lawyer in Gemany. She is a member of the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects team in Frankfurt and focuses on the drafting of contracts associated with energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on disputes associated thereto. Camilla also forms part of the German Africa Desk and regularly advises clients on their projects located on the African continent.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Camilla worked for the dispute resolution team in an international law firm in Frankfurt where she participated in various high profile and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes including LCIA, DIS and ICC arbitrations as well as engaging in Africa specific projects.

Advising a pan-European consortium of sponsors on the successful tendering of the Umm Al Hayman waste water project (PPP) regarding the construction, financing and operation in Kuwait.
Advising an international consortium on a tender and financing for an energy-from-waste project in Kuwait involving the right to design, build, finance, maintain, and operate.
Advising on a newly built and operated wastewater plant with a subsequent sludge-to-energy incineration plant in Bahrain.
Advising a Ghanaian farmers' cooperative, as producers of fair trade cocoa, on the sale of the majority of their shares to a large German chocolate manufacturer.
Advising sporting bodies in Namibia, Angola and Kenya on various corporate governance issues.
Advising a leading Finish technology supplier in the negotiation o an engineering procurement and supervision contract in respect of a project located in Egypt.
Advising a German client in relation to a dispute with its consortium partner arising from a power plant.
Advising a German client with respect to a dispute arising from a wastewater project located in Bahrain.
